Viola Benaglia es una violinista italiana y apasionada por el arte, ella encierra un estilo elegante y versátil, una belleza atemporal que atrapa las miradas de todos y un talento que cautiva en el escenario.
Nos contactamos con ella para conocer un poco más de su vida entre bastidores, ella recientemente ha participado en el festival de Sant’Ilario realizado en la Ciudad de Parma que se encuentra al norte de Italia, así también nos revela sus proyectos venideros y sus próximos conciertos.
Viola Benaglia is an Italian violinist with a passion for art, she has an elegant and versatile style, a timeless beauty that catches everyone’s eyes, and a talent that captivates on stage.
We contacted her to know a little more about her backstage life, she recently participated in the Sant’Ilario festival held in the city of Parma, which is located in northern Italy, as well as she revealing her upcoming projects and her next concerts.
¿Dónde naciste? Qué fecha?
Yo nací en Italia el 20 de diciembre del 2000.
¿Nos puedes comentar un poco sobre tu infancia? Sobre tu familia (Tus padres, abuelos, mascotas).
Yo comencé a ejecutar el violín cuando tenía 6 años de edad con el apoyo de mi familia, ellos son músicos también. Mamá ejecuta el violín, mi hermano, 1 año menor que yo, ejecuta la viola, mi tío ejecutaba el violín cuando acudía a un conservatorio pero ahora solo toca por pasatiempo y finalmente mi abuelo es un violinista, ahora un luthier (Artesano en construcción de instrumentos)
Y sobre mis mascotas, mis gatos… Bien, tengo 3 gatas, sus nombres son Gatto (la favorita de mi hermano), Cippi (mi pequeño ángel, la amo realmente, ella es tierna), y el último es Rössich (la más nueva)
¿Qué te impulsó a amar la música? ¿Qué cosas hacen tu día perfecto y qué te inspira?
Mi familia, porque ellos me dieron la oportunidad de sentir, amar y hacer música con el mejor instrumento, el violín.
Es una buena pregunta.. leí una frase que me maravilló, dice así:
«Ser mejor de lo que fuiste ayer, y mañana serás mejor de lo que eres hoy»
¡Esto me da energía para vivir al máximo!
¿Tienes algunos proyectos en mente este año? ¿Puedes compartir algunos de ellos?
¡Sí, claro! A finales de Enero voy a presentarme Schildler’s List en el día de los caídos y de Febrero a Abril voy a participar en algunas competiciones y durante el verano estaré asistiendo en algunas Clases magistrales como Bedonia (Parma) y Livorno…
Has participado recientemente en una celebración llamada Sant’Ilario 2022 donde diste una excelente presentación. ¿Cómo fue esa experiencia para ti?
Fue una experiencia magnífica, yo tuve el placer de ejecutar en el teatro más importante de Parma, el Teatro Regio. Al principio estaba estupefacta de tocar en el teatro con asidua concurrencia pero cuando comencé a ejecutar la única cosa que vino en mi mente era sentir lo que estaba tocando y transmitir emociones a todos.
Si pudieras viajar todos los meses. ¿Dónde te gustaría ir? ¿Podrías mencionarnos algunos lugares y decirnos el porqué de cada uno?
Me gusta la pregunta. Yo soy una persona curiosa quien ama lo diferente, de lo que trato de hablar es que amo viajar y ver las diferentes culturas que cada país tiene. Yo quisiera visitar Paris porque, sabes, la ciudad del amor pero me gustaría conocer la torre Eiffel y la museo de Louvre. Después Egipto por las pirámides, Aurora boreales en Groelandia, Rusia, EE.UU (Carlifornia). Y de paso un poco de Nueva York, Las cataratas del Niagara, Carolina, Cleveland. Filadenfia.
Me gustaría visitar Hawaii, Barcelona, Maruecos, Tokio, Machu Pichu, la gran muralla China, Taj Mahal…
¡Si tengo la oportunidad viajaría por todo el mundo!
Where were you born? Can we know the date??
I was born in Italy on 20th of December 2000.
Can you tell us a bit about your childhood? About your family too(Your parents, grandpa, cats)?
I started playing the violin when I was 6 years with the support of my family, they’re musicians too. Mom plays the violin, my brother, 1 year older than me, plays the viola, my uncle played the violin when he was in conservatory but now he plays as a hobby and finally my grandpa was a violinist now he’s a luthier.
And about my cats… Well, I have 3 cats, they’re all ladies, their names are Gatto (my brother’s favourite), Cippi (my little angel, I really love her, she’s so sweet), and last one is Rössich (the younger).
What prompted you to love music? & What things make your day perfect and inspire you?
My familiy, cause they give me the opportunity to feel, love and make music with the best instrument ever, the violin.
This is a good question… I read a quote that amazed me, it says:«Be better today than you were yesterday, and be better tomorrow than you are today.»This give me the energy to live the day as the best!
Do you have some projects in mind this year? You can share it some them?
Yes of course! At the end of January I will play Schindler’s List for Memorial Day, then from February to April I will participate in some competitions and during the summer I will participate in some masterclasses such as Bedonia (Parma) and Livorno..
You have recently participated in a celebration called Sant’Ilario 2022 where you gave an excellent presentation. How was that experience to you?
It was such an amazing experience, I had the pleasure to play in Parma’s most important theater, the Teatro Regio. At the beginning it was a shock for me to play in that theatre with a lot of people that were watching me, but when I started playing the only thing that came into my mind was to fell what I was playing and give emotions to all the people that were there.
If you had the opportunity to travel every month, where would you go? Can you make a small list of those places and tell us why each one?
I like this question! I am a curious person who loves the difference, what I am talking about is that I love to travel the world to see the different cultures that every single country has. I really want to visit Paris because, you know, it is the city of love but I will go there to see the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. Then Egypth for the Egyptian pyramids, Northern Lights in Iceland, Russia, America (California), I only have seen the east part of America like New York, Niagara Falls, Carolina, Cleveland, Philadelphia.
I wish I could visit Hawaii, Barcelona, Marocco, Tokyo, Machu Picchu, Great Wall of China, Taj Mahal…If I have the opportunity I will travel the world!
